Ladies and Gents!
Some amazing coworkers of mine want to lose weight and tone up, so they’ve taken the plunge to try out working out with me.
Honestly, I had given up on the coaching thing for a while. I felt pressure to be so active and forced to constantly invite people to workout with me. So I gave it up and just focused on other things; let go of the pressure.
But lately, a lot of people I know have been talking about getting in shape, eating better, losing weight, etc.
They were thinking about taking dietary pills and everything so I thought, fuck it. Let’s reinstate the ol’ coach account and give these ladies a real chance.
It sucks, but at the end of the day, good nutrition and hard ass work are what make “dreams come true”.
They’ve all signed up for a free trial and will workout with me starting tomorrow. If you’ve got the balls…or ovaries…whatever.. if you’re willing to put in some work and want a change, just sign up and I’ll be there to help you kick ass.
I haven’t done one of these groups in a while, so I’m actually looking forward to whipping out the motivational speech and IG-worthy photos.
